Trouble shooting Insufficient cooling or heating capacity Verify if the controller is correctly set. Verify if excessive dust has accumulated on the filter, which should be cleaned once every two weeks. Verify if the air intake and/or output openings is/are blocked. Louvers should be horizontally set, or tilted downward for cooling. Verify if the door or window of the room is open? Insufficient cooling capacity Other heat source in the room. Direct sunlight in the room. Excessively occupied. Should any of the following circumstances occur after inspection has been carried out for the items listed above, turn off the air conditioner and contact authorized aftersales service agent: Regular break of fuse and circuit. Water leaks during cooling or dehumidifying process. Abnormal operation status or strange sound. 12
