Temperature adjustment The temperature in the appliance can be adjusted by turning the thermostat clockwise or anticlockwise according to the ambient temperature and the food in storage. The thermostat dial has the scales from 1 to 7. The digits of the scales do not indicate specific temperature, but the changes of temperature in the appliance. Scale 1 represents highest and scale 7 the lowest temperature, In most cases, the thermostat is set to scale 5 .
