English PROBLEM Dishwasher will not start Dishes not clean Troubleshooting Guide POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION * Dishwasher does not have electrical power * Door is not closed. * Dishwasher not level. * Check electrical connection, fuse/circuit breaker * Close door securely. * Level unit. * Improper loading * A rrange dishes so spray action reaches all surfaces. * D o not overload dishwasher. * D o not nest dishware. * Spray arm not rotating freely * C heck spray arm to make sure nothing (i.e. cutlery) is obstructing spray arm rotation. * C heck if filter screen has become dislodged and obstructing spray arm rotation. * Not enough detergent and/or improper detergent being used. * Use more dishwasher detergent * D o not use detergent that is hard or cracked. * U se only a recommended dishwasher detergent. * Improperly prepared dishes. * E xcess food soil and liquids should be removed from dishes before loading. * Water intake hose kinked/bent due to improper installation. *The filter not in place properly Chipping or breaking glassware Water remains in bottom * Improper loading of dishes. * A small amount of water (in sump area, under filter) is normal. * Excessive amount of water; cycle not completed. * E liminate kink or bend. * P lace the filter properly in its correct position * D o not overload dish rack.
