Synchronize your device with your PC again to obtain an update to your license. If the problem persists, please contact your Music Service Provider for additional support. Cannot transfer subscription music content to the player. • To enable function of transferring subscription music content, select MTP mode under Protocol in the Settings menu. Refer to page 23 for more information. What is MTP mode? • MTP (Media Transfer Protocol) mode is essential if you want to transfer DRM content to your player. In MTP mode your player will no longer show up as a drive letter. So programs that were designed to work with a player that shows up as a drive letter will not be able to work directly with the player.
