The right environment for your wines A vine is an extremely sensitive plant. From the time it is planted to its maturing period and the time the grapes are harvested and the wine is made, it is dependent on three factors: light, air humidity and ambient temperature. This sensitivity continues even once the wine is bottled. To allow the flavor of the wine to fully develop or to preserve the excellent aroma, the wine has to be stored perfectly and your wine storage refrigerator offers the best conditions for this. Light UV radiation is harmful to your wines as it may change the flavor and even quality of the wines. To reduce the effect of UV radiation, we use the energy efficient lamp and UV-proof lamp cover as well as glazed glass sheets for the door. Humidity It is suggested that humidity in the refrigerator be kept above 65% to prevent the cork from shrinking and wine from oxidation and changing flavor. Temperature An electric fan installed inside the refrigerator plays an excellent role in regulating the temperature and maintaining rhythm of grapes. Vibration To maintain natural flavor of wines and avoid refrigerator vibration which is fatal to the wines,we choose low noise and vibration Danfoss compressor to prevent wine deposits from floating and wines from becoming over mature. Strange odor If the cork gets strange odor, the aroma of wine will deteriorate. Your refrigerator has been installed a replaceable active carbon deodorizer which efficiently expels bad odor outside and absorb fresh air inside.
