Recipes Easy Skillet Lasagna Ingredients: 2 large eggs 2 containers (15 ounces [425 g] each) ricotta cheese 1/2 cup (118 ml) grated Parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian seasoning 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) coarse pepper 1 pound (454 g) ground sausage 1 pound (454 g) ground beef 1 large onion, chopped 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 jars (24 ounces [680 g] each) marinara sauce 4 cups (946 ml) shredded mozzarella 24 no-boil lasagna noodles Directions: 1. Heat the electric skillet to 350°F (177°C). 2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until yellow in color, about 1 minute. Stir in ricotta, Parmesan and Italian seasoning until well blended. Set aside. 3. In the skillet, add sausage and beef. Cook and stir until sausage and beef are cooked through, about 7 minutes. Remove mixture to a bowl. 4. Add onion and garlic to skillet. Cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Return meat mixture to skillet and add marinara sauce. Bring to a boil. 5. Remove 4 cups of sauce mixture to a bowl. Reduce temperature to 300°F (147°C). 6. Layer 6 noodles across bottom of skillet, overlapping or breaking to fit. Spread 1 cup (237 ml) of the sauce over noodles. Spread 1 cup (237 ml) of the ricotta mixture over sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup (237 ml) mozzarella. Repeat layers 2 more times. Top with remaining noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese. 7. Cover and cook 45 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted. Serves: 12 to 16 8 Skillet Caramel Apple French Toast Ingredients: 2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced 12 large eggs 3 cups (710 ml) milk 2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract 2 packages (16 ounces [454 g] each) cinnamon bread, cut or torn into 2-inch (5.1 cm) pieces 1/4 cup (59 ml) butter Caramel topping, warmed Directions: 1. Heat the electric skillet to 300°F (147°C). 2. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well blended. 3. Add bread to egg mixture, tossing until bread is completely coated with egg mixture. 4. Add butter to skillet. Place apples slices evenly across the bottom of the skillet. 5. Spread bread mixture evenly over the apples. 6. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove lid. Cook an additional 15 minutes, or until mixture is cooked through. 7. Serve immediately with warm caramel topping. Serves: 12 to 16

Easy Skillet Lasagna
Ingredients:
2 large eggs
2 containers (15 ounces
[425 g] each) ricotta cheese
1/2 cup (118 ml) grated Parmesan
cheese
1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian
seasoning
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) coarse
pepper
1 pound (454 g) ground sausage
1 pound (454 g) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 jars (24 ounces [680 g] each)
marinara sauce
4 cups (946 ml) shredded
mozzarella
24 no-boil lasagna noodles
Directions:
1. Heat the electric skillet to 350°F (177°C).
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs until yellow in color, about 1 minute. Stir in
ricotta, Parmesan and Italian seasoning until well blended. Set aside.
3. In the skillet, add sausage and beef. Cook and stir until sausage and beef
are cooked through, about 7 minutes. Remove mixture to a bowl.
4. Add onion and garlic to skillet. Cook until tender, about 3 minutes. Return
meat mixture to skillet and add marinara sauce. Bring to a boil.
5. Remove 4 cups of sauce mixture to a bowl. Reduce temperature to 300°F
(147°C).
6. Layer 6 noodles across bottom of skillet, overlapping or breaking to fit.
Spread 1 cup (237 ml) of the sauce over noodles. Spread 1 cup
(237 ml) of the ricotta mixture over sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup (237
ml) mozzarella. Repeat layers 2 more times. Top with remaining noodles,
sauce and mozzarella cheese.
7. Cover and cook 45 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.

Ingredients:
2 large Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
12 large eggs
3 cups (710 ml) milk
2 teaspoons (10 ml) vanilla extract
2 packages (16 ounces [454 g] each) cinnamon bread, cut or torn into 2-inch
(5.1 cm) pieces
1/4 cup (59 ml) butter
Caramel topping, warmed
Directions:
1. Heat the electric skillet to 300°F (147°C).
2. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add milk and vanilla extract. Stir until well
blended.
3. Add bread to egg mixture, tossing until bread is completely coated with egg
mixture.
4. Add butter to skillet. Place apples slices evenly across the bottom of the
skillet.
5. Spread bread mixture evenly over the apples.
6. Cover and cook for 30 minutes. Remove lid. Cook an additional 15 minutes,
or until mixture is cooked through.
