Process to desired consistency, about 1 to 2 minutes. Citrus Burst Smoothie 3⁄4 cup (175 ml) lemonade 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) lemon yogurt 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) lime sherbet Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until desired consistency is reached. Yield: 1 serving. Simple Blueberry Smoothie 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) plain yogurt 1⁄4 banana, mashed 1⁄4 pound (115 g) frozen blueberries, thawed Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until desired consistency is reached. Yield: 1 serving. Orange Banana Smoothie 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) orange juice 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) vanilla yogurt 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) banana, mashed Place all ingredients into stainless steel container. Mix until desired consistency is reached. Yield: 1 serving. Nutritious Shake 1⁄2 cup (125 ml) soymilk 1⁄4 ripe organic banana, mashed 1⁄4 cup (60 ml) of frozen organic strawberries, thawed 2 teaspoons (10 ml) protein powder Place all ingredients into stainless steel container.
