TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE: Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration occurs, have the problem corrected before further use. 1. Clean regularly with a damp towel. Solar Panel is dirty and covered with dirt or dust. Probable Solutions 1. Check position of Power Switch. 2. Check that Solar Panel has direct access to sunlight.
