17. Insert the handrail wire (F) on the left side through the two indicated looped ties on the 17 console assembly (G) and make the connection to the wire from the console. Insert all excess wires into the console assembly (G). Then, pull the two ties tight against the wires and cut off the ends of the ties. G Ties F 18. Then, press the Left Base Cover (82) and the
Right Base Cover (83) onto the Base (94).
