2) Image 2 shows the CM1017MFP customer graphic display prompts on the printer for the duplex process. The graphics from this display are misleading. Customers will need to orient the paper as shown in the driver window See image 1. 3) If the customer uses a driver other than the CM1015/1017MFP (such as with UNIX or Linux) the duplex output will be incorrect since the CM1015/1017MFP have reverse order output and other LaserJets have in order output. The customer will have to manually reorder and reorient the pages prior to duplexing. Image 1 shows the important points that the customers should be aware of for successful duplexing.
