NOTE: Selecting the Use Credential Manager to log on to Windows check box allows you to lock your computer. See Locking the computer (workstation) on page 24. NOTE: The procedure above may be slightly different for Windows XP. Example 2-Using the "Advanced Settings" page to require user verification before Single Sign On 1. In HP ProtectTools Security Manager for Administrators, click Credential Manager, and then click Settings. 2. Click the Single Sign On tab. 3. Under When registered logon dialog or Web page is visited, select the Authenticate user before submitting credentials check box. 4. Click Apply, and then click OK. 5. Restart the computer.
