The following Smart Array Controllers must be running firmware version 3.52 (or later): • Smart Array P410i Controller - This controller is integrated on the rx2800 i2 system board • Smart Array P411 Controller IMPORTANT: You must verify and update the firmware version on the P410i controller to 3.52 (or later) after installing a new rx2800 i2 system or after replacing a rx2800 i2 system board. Obtaining the latest firmware version 1. Go to http://www.hp.com. 2. Locate and click the Support & Drivers link on the main page. 3. Click the button next to Download drivers and software (and firmware). 4. Enter your product name (for example, Integrity rx2800 i2) or number and click >>. 5. Choose the OS or Cross operating system (BIOS, Firmware, Diagnostics, etc.). 6. Click Firmware - Storage Controller. 7. Select the specific Smart Array Controller (for example, P411). 8. Download and install the latest firmware version. Refer to the Release Notes or Installation Instructions for more information. 9. Reboot the server to complete the installation. The following Smart Array Controllers must be running firmware version 3.52 (or later):
