Flashing the Latest Version of the System BIOS Flashing the Latest Version of the System BIOS BIOS upgrades can be downloaded from the HP World Wide Web site (see below for the World-Wide Web URL). To download a BIOS upgrade, connect to the HP Web site and follow the on-screen instructions to download the flash utility programs (FLASH.BAT, AUTOEXEC.BAT and PHLASH.EXE), the BIOS file (HK1xxxyy.FUL), and a file called platform.bin, onto a bootable diskette. When you've downloaded the files, insert the diskette in drive A and re-boot the computer. Enter the command in the following format PHLASH /c HK1xxxyy.FUL /c to update the firmware of the LCD for a clean configuration (except the date and time). xxx replaced by the version that you have downloaded. yy language that you have downloaded. Flashing the Latest Version of the System BIOS
BIOS upgrades can be downloaded from the HP World Wide Web site (see
below for the World-Wide Web URL). To download a BIOS upgrade, connect
to the HP Web site and follow the on-screen instructions to download the
flash utility programs (
