Toner Safety Toner is composed of plastic, iron, and a small amount of pigment. If toner gets on your clothes, wipe it off with a dry cloth and wash the clothes in cold water. Hot water sets toner into fabric. Take care to avoid breathing toner particles. Toner tends to break down vinyl materials, so avoid contact with vinyl. The printer instead uses charging rollers in the toner cartridge and in the print engine. 1.12 Product Information: SAFETY INFORMATION
