User Account Control security message appears asking for permission. Click Continue. 6. Remove UAC option and click OK. 7. Restart the server when prompted. 8. Login as the Administrator and double-click the RSP shortcut link on the desktop or double-click the RSP.exe file from the following location: C:\HP\RSP.exe 9.
