Server Configuration and Utilities PCI Devices The PCI Devices option displays and modifies the configuration of the PCI devices installed in the server. Information for each slot is displayed and the IRQs can be changed. Multiple PCI devices can share an interrupt. Standard Boot Order (IPL) The Standard Boot Order (IPL) option configures the Initial Program Loader (IPL) device. It controls the search order the server goes through to look for a bootable device. Boot Controller Order The Boot Controller Order option is used to view and assign the current controller order. Date and Time The Date and Time option is used to set the server date and time. Automatic Server Recovery The Automatic Server Recovery menu configures the Automatic Server Recovery (ASR) features and may include the following options: • ASR Status enables or disables ASR. When set to Disabled, no ASR features function. • ASR Timeout sets a timeout limit for resetting a server that is not responding. When the server has not responded in the selected amount of time, it automatically resets. • Thermal Shutdown enables or disables the ability of the server to automatically power down when it reaches a dangerous temperature. 5-4 HP ProLiant ML330 Generation 3 Server Setup and Installation Guide
