System Information System Properties The System Properties dialog is displayed by double-clicking the System icon in the Control Panel. The General Tab The General tab provides information about the operating system version, the name of your thin client and its unique product ID. It also provides an option allowing you to reset the thin client to its original factory default settings. Warning: Checking the Reset check box then clicking OK will restore the thin client to the state it was in when it was originally shipped. Any defined connection configurations will be lost, as will Terminal Services Client Access Licenses for Windows 2000/2003 Server RDP sessions. The Appliance Name entry defaults to the name NEO-xxxxxx, with the last six digits taken from the thin client's built-in network interface MAC address. (These digits are also used as the last six digits of the thin client's Product ID.) This name is used by Citrix servers to 180 System Properties
