For information on setting up an Internet account and connecting to the Internet, see the printed Quick Start Guide. Using the HP Internet Centre Included with the HP Pavilion home PC is the HP Internet Centre, an onscreen panel that allows one-click access to the Internet. HP has pre-configured the HP Internet Centre to connect to popular Web sites, but you can reconfigure them to any site you choose. Opening the HP Internet Centre To open the HP Internet Centre: q Click the HP Internet Centre icon on the taskbar. Or q Click Start on the taskbar, and select Programs, HP Tools, HP Internet Centre. Each button in the HP Internet Centre connects to the Internet if necessary, opens the default Web browser, and links to a Web site. To reconfigure the buttons, see "Configuring the HP Internet Centre." Note: These buttons might be labelled differently in some regions. Shopping Links to an Internet shopping site. Sports Links to online information about the latest sports news. Finance Takes you to on-line financial advice, tips, and news. Connect Links to a general interest Web page. Search Displays a search page.
