Fan Follow these steps to remove the speaker: 1. Prepare the computer for disassembly (see Preparation for disassembly on page 28). 2. Remove the access panel (see Access panel on page 29). 3. Position the computer with the front panel toward you. 4. Disconnect the fan cable (1) from the system board. 5. Remove the three Phillips screws (2) that secure the fan to the computer chassis. 6.
