Error ID: 60062 - IDS - Unable to fill the Magenta secondary tank (timed out) FB10000 Error Message Troubleshooting Magenta secondary tank feeding pump or wiring is faulty 1. If the corresponding B&R and its wiring are Ok and the command still does not activate the feeding secondary tank pump, try replacing the secondary tank feeding pump. 2. If after replacing the pump, the error persists, check the Magenta ink tubing to the Magenta secondary tank. Magenta 3 Way-switching valve is faulty 1. Replace the valve if faulty. 2. Magenta secondary tank feeding pump or wiring is faulty
1.
If the corresponding B&R and its wiring are Ok and the command still does not activate the feeding secondary tank pump, try replacing
the secondary tank feeding pump.
2.
If after replacing the pump, the error persists, check the Magenta ink tubing to the Magenta secondary tank.
Magenta 3 Way-switching valve is faulty
1.
Replace the valve if faulty.
2.
If the error persists, contact callme@hp for specialist assistance.
