Ultra Low Power State Ultra Low Power State enables the system to transition to the lowest processor power state when the Power Regulator Mode is configured for HP Static Low Power Mode or HP Dynamic Power Savings Mode. In HP Static Low Power Mode, power savings increases with a small impact on maximum system performance. HP Dynamic Power Savings Mode increases power savings when processor utilization is low.
