Press OK on the Directional Keypad. Press OK to select Network. Press the bottom Directional Keypad arrow to Check Connection. POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS • Check that the TV is still on. • Check that the batteries are good and are inserted properly. • Check that there are no obstacles between the remote control and the front of the TV. • Try moving closer to the TV. If the LED on the TV flashes when you press any of the buttons on the remote control, the issue is not with the remote control. 21

• Check that the batteries are good and are inserted
properly.
• Check that there are no obstacles between the
remote control and the front of the TV.
• Try moving closer to the TV. If the LED on the TV
flashes when you press any of the buttons on the
remote control, the issue is not with the remote
control.
