REAR PANEL JACKS used for another stereo system amplifier. With this connection, the audio can be controlled by the television's main volume and also by an independent volume feature found in the THEATER-WIRELESS SOUND menu. (5) AUDIO TO HI-FI These jacks provide variable audio output to a separate stereo amplifier. With this connection, the audio to the stereo can be controlled by the television's main volume. Use these jacks for the SURROUND Left and Right channels. (see page 20) (6) REAR SPEAKER Terminals These terminals are used to connect external speaker, which are used for the surround sound feature. The volume level is controlled by the television's main volume and also by an independent rear volume feature found in the THEATER-SURROUND menu. Use speaker with 8-Ohm impedance only. (7) S-VIDEO INPUTS 1 and 2 Inputs 1 and 2 provide S-Video (Super Video) jacks for connecting equipment with S-VIDEO output capability. (8) Component: Y-CB-CR INPUT 2 INPUT 2 provides Y-CB-CR jacks for connecting equipment with this capability, such as a DVD. 19
