Quick Setup Guide Perform the following steps to quickly setup your new Hitachi LCD Television Set. 1. ANTENNA CONNECTION Unless your LCD Television is connected to a cable TV system or to a centralized antenna system, a good outdoor color TV antenna is recommended for best performance. However, if you are located in an exceptionally good signal area that is free from interference and multiple image ghosts, an indoor antenna may be sufficient. a). VHF (75-Ohm) antenna/CATV (Cable TV) When using a 75-Ohm coaxial cable system, connect the CATV coaxial cable to the AIR/CABLE (75-Ohm) terminal. CONNECT YOUR NEW HITACHI LCD TV TO THE POWER SOURCE a). Connect the power cord to your TV set and secure it with the wire Clamp (see page 7) . c). Quick Setup Guide
Perform the following steps to quickly setup your new
Hitachi LCD Television Set.
1. ANTENNA CONNECTION
Unless your LCD Television is connected to a cable TV system or

2. CONNECT YOUR NEW HITACHI LCD TV TO THE POWER SOURCE
3. POWER ON/OFF YOUR NEW HITACHI LCD TV
Press the POWER button on the remote control or the POWER
button on the Side Control Panel to power on/off the LCD TV.
NOTE
If the Indicating lamp is off, the POWER button
on the remote control will not operate. Please
make sure that the power cord is plugged to the
AC outlet.
