English PROBLEM Skipping nails and caps (washers). Intermittent feed. Nails jam. Driven nail is bent. Drives properly during normal operation, but does not drive fully at faster nailing speeds. CHECK METHOD Check for proper nails and caps (washers). Check function of feeder per Page 19. --- Check position of nail holder in magazine per Page 13. Open the washer magazine cover. Check to see that the Cap (washer) is loaded properly. Washer spring weakened or damaged? Piston O-ring cut or heavily worn? Check for proper nails. Driver blade worn? Check inside diameter of air hose. CORRECTION Use only recommended nails and caps (washers). Clean and lubricate. Use Hitachi pneumatic tool lubricant. Adjust nail holder to proper position. Re-load the Cap (washer) properly. Contact Hitachi for replacement. Contact Hitachi for replacement. Use only recommended nails. Contact Hitachi for replacement. Use larger air hose. - 22 -
