English 13. NEVER use a tool which is defective or operating abnormally. If the tool appears to be operating unusually, making strange noises, or otherwise appears defective, stop using it immediately and arrange for repairs by a Hitachi authorized service center. 14. NEVER leave the random orbit sander on floor and so on while spinning. 19. NEVER apply water or lubricating oil, otherwise hazards from electrical shocks may result. 20. NEVER push the random orbit sander too strongly onto a surface. Pushing the random orbit sander too strongly may cause the sanding paper to tear or shorten the life of the sander itself. 21. ALWAYS operate the random orbit sander safely for correct use.
