English 9. Cleaning Periodically remove chips, dust and other waste material from the surface of the power tool, especially from the inside of the safety cover and sub cover with a damp, soapy cloth. To avoid a malfunction of the motor, protect it from contact with oil or water. SERVICE AND REPAIRS All quality power tools will eventually require servicing or replacement of parts because of wear from normal use. To assure that only authorized replacement parts will be used and that the double insulation system will be protected, all service (other than routine maintenance) must be performed by an AUTHORIZED HITACHI POWER TOOL REPAIR CENTER ONLY.
