2 1 3 1. Power Button To turn on the massage functions, press the POWER button once. The massage will begin in high speed. Press the button a second time for medium speed, a third time for low speed and a fourth time to switch off the massager. 2. Heat Button For soothing heat, when massage is on, simply press the heat button and the massage nodes on the neck unit will illuminate. To deselect, press the button again and the corresponding massage nodes will stop glowing. 3. Shiatsu Reverse Button The massager will begin with an inward rotating motion. To change the direction of the massage nodes simply press the SHIATSU REVERSE button and the nodes will begin rotating in an outward motion.
