TROUBLESHOOTING Problem Handle not in position. Mower not starting. Possible Cause Carriage bolts not seated properly. Handle knobs not tightened. Battery is low in charge. Solution Adjust the height of the handle and make sure the carriage bolts are seated properly. Tighten handle knobs. Charge the battery.
