MAINTAINING YOUR THERMOSTAT REMOVING THE THERMOSTAT 1 Loosen the two captive screws at the bottom corners of the case. 2 Pull out the thermostat from the bottom. 3 Lift the thermostat up and off the base. HEAT FAN ON AUTO M5013 21 REPLACING THE THERMOSTAT 1 Hang the thermostat on the tabs at the top of the subbase. 2 Swing down and press bottom edge until thermostat snaps in place. 3 Tighten the captive screws.
