4. TROUBLESHOOTING If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the checklist below. Any other servicing should be done by an authorized service representative. ! WARNING ! To reduce risk of personal injury - unplug cleaner before servicing. PROBLEM Vacuum cleaner won't pick up Dust escaping from the vacuum The vacuum cleaner not run Power nozzle agitator brushroll won't run POSSIBLE CAUSE POSSIBLE SOLUTION 1. 4. TROUBLESHOOTING
If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by using the
checklist below.

2. Remove the Dirt Cup from the unit by
pressing the Dirt Cup Release Button and
reattach it to the unit, ensuring it is locked
firmly back into place.

1. It may not be plugged into the
electrical outlet correctly.
1. Ensure that the plug is pushed into the
electrical outlet securely.
2. The electrical outlet may not
be working.
2. Check the fuse or breaker in home and
consult an electrician.
3. The motor Thermostat may
have tripped.
3. Switch off and unplug the vacuum cleaner.
Leave for 30 minutes before switching the
vacuum cleaner back on.
