POST-Motor Filter ! CAUTION ! To reduce the risk of personal injury Unplug before servicing. Do not use without dirt cup or filters in place. 3.10 3.11 When to Clean It is recommended that the Pre- and Post-Motor filter should be checked and cleaned periodically depending on the frequency of use and the volume of dirt being picked up on each occasion. How to Clean 3.10 The Post-Motor filter is located on the rear of the vacuum cleaner. Remove Filter door to access filter. 3.11 Remove Post-Motor filter. 3.12 Gently tap the filter on the inside of a trash receptacle to remove dust and dirt. 3.13 Hold filter under running water to clean. Place Post-Motor filter back into rear of vacuum cleaner and replace filter door. What to Buy: Post-Motor Filter If desired, additional filter is available. Ask for Hoover® Part No. 304286001. 3.12 3.13 IMPORTANT Both Pre- and Post-Motor Filters can be rinsed in warm water (max 40°C). Allow to air dry for 24 hours before replacing.
