Table 2: Scooter Controller Internal Diagnostics Flash code 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Possible Cause The battery needs charging or there is a bad connection to the battery. There is a bad connection to the motor. The motor has a short circuit to a battery connection. Not available Not available The controller is being inhibited from driving. A speed control lever fault is indication. A controller fault is indicated. The parking brake has a bad connection. Solution Check the connections to the battery. If the connections are good, try charging the battery. Check all connections between the motor and the controller. Please contact your Authorized Service Center. Check the battery charger connector. Remove the battery charger from the scooter. Make sure that the speed control lever is in the rest position before switching on the scooter. Make sure that all connections are secure. Check the parking brake and motor connections. Make sure the controller connections are secure. Excessive voltage has been 10 applied to the controller. Check the battery connections.
