Phone settings Phone settings Turning aeroplane mode on or off Your phone's signal may interfere with an aeroplane's flight systems. When you are aboard an aeroplane, turn off your phone or switch it to aeroplane mode. In aeroplane mode, your phone's wireless features are disabled, but you can still listen to music or play games. Use either of the following methods to turn Airplane mode on or off: • Press and hold the power button, and touch Aeroplane mode. • On the home screen, touch . Under All, touch Airplane mode.
