Screen Lock Locking the screen prevents your device from carrying out undesirable operations when you are not using it. HUAWEI MediaPad lets you lock the screen in a number of ways. 1. From the Home screen, touch Screen lock. > Security > 2. Select a locking method and follow the onscreen instructions. With a screen lock set, if HUAWEI MediaPad is idle for a specified period of time, it automatically locks its screen. You can also press the Power key to lock the screen. 24
