HUAWEI WATCH GT HUAWEI WATCH GT Online Help-(01,en) 3 Fitness and health 3 Fitness and health 3.1 Daily activity records Using its acceleration sensor and a gyroscope sensor, your watch can detect and monitor your daily activities, including your step count, calories burnt, activity intensity, and the amount of time you have spent standing. Your watch can automatically identify your current activity, such as whether you are walking, running, sleeping, or stationary. Your band will record your activity data automatically, including your step count, workout distance, workout time, and calories burnt after identifying whether you are walking or running. To view your fitness data after a workout, use either of these two methods: Method 1: View your fitness data on your band Press the up button, swipe up or down on the screen, and touch Activity records. Swipe up or down on the screen to view your calories burnt, workout distance, step count, and duration of moderate to high intensity activity.
