values

prompts

that

appear.

You

are

prompted

to

respond

only

if

an

error

occurs

during

installation.

Interactive

The

normal

(interactive)

method

for

installing

the

ASM

device

drivers

prompts

you

with

instructions

and

waits

for

you

to

respond

before

continuing

with

the

installation.

Note:

If

IBM

Netfinity

Director,

IBM

Director,

UM

Services,

or

IBM

Netfinity

Manager

is

running

on

the

server,

stop

the

system-management

application

before

proceeding.

the

non-interactive

method:

Complete

the

following

steps

to

use

non-interactive
