ATTACHING THE LAT BAR, ROWER BAR, HAND STRAP OR AB STRAP TO THE HIGH CABLE The Lat Bar (90) can be attached to the high cable with a Cable Clip (48). For some exercises, the Long Chain (82) should be attached between the Lat Bar and the high cable with two Cable Clips. The length of Chain between the Lat Bar and the high cable can be adjusted by attaching the Cable Clips closer together or farther apart along the Chain. Adjust the length of Chain until the Lat Bar is in a comfortable starting position. The Rower Bar (107), Hand Strap (109) and Ab Strap (110) can be attached to the high cable in the same manner. ATTACHING THE ROWER BAR, HAND STRAP, AB STRAP OR ANKLE STRAP TO THE LOW CABLE The Rower Bar (107) can be attached to the low cable with a Cable Clip (48).
