To remove the tilt/swivel stand: 1 Make sure that the power is turned off to the monitor. 2 Set the monitor face down with the underside facing you. Be careful not to scratch the monitor screen. 3 Press the latch, then pull the tilt/swivel stand toward the back of the monitor. 4 Pull the stand away from the monitor. To connect the video cable and power cord: 1 Turn off your computer and monitor. 2 Connect the VGA cable to your computer's VGA port. 3 Tighten the VGA connector's thumbscrews to secure it to your computer. 4 Plug the power cord into the AC receptacle located on the back of your monitor. 5 Plug the other end of the power cord into an AC outlet.
