NS-C3111 Car Stereo CD/MP3 Player Adjustment or mode setting Options Press the SEL knob BEEP mode (to beep when buttons are pressed) ON OFF (default) 1 × (for more than two seconds), then 2 ×. SEEK mode Seek 1 (default)-Stops at every station detected. Press the or button again to continue. Seek 2-Does not stop at any station until you release the or button. 1 × (for more than two seconds), then 3 ×. VOL LAST/VOL ADJ VOL LAST (default)-Sets the volume level to the last setting used. VOL ADJ-A low initial volume is set and you can adjust the volume. 1 × (for more than two seconds), then 4 ×. Viewing and setting the time You can view the time by pressing the DISP button. To set the time: 1 Press the PWR button to turn on your radio. 2 Press and hold the DISP button until the display flashes. 3 Set the hours by turning the SEL knob to the right (clockwise). 4 Set the minutes by turning the SEL knob to the left (counterclockwise). Programming and using radio station presets You can program as many as 6 radio station presets for each available band (FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, and AM2). After you program a station, you can tune to the station by pressing one of the numbered preset buttons on the front of your car stereo. To program a radio station: 1 Press the PWR button to turn on your radio. 2 Select the band you want by pressing the BD/SUB (band/subwoofer) button to select FM1, FM2, FM3, AM1, or AM2. The current band appears on the display. 3 Tune the radio to the station of your choice by pressing the or button. 4 Press and hold the preset number button to which you want to assign the station until the radio beeps once (hold the button for about two seconds). 5 Repeat Steps 2 through 4 to program additional presets. www.insignia-products.com 11
