Insert an umbrella through this hole. Loosen this knob, tilt the light holder up or down to adjust the angle, then tighten the knob. Press this switch to turn the flash on or off. Loosen this knob, insert an umbrella through the umbrella mounting hole, then tighten this knob to secure the umbrella in place. Tighten this knob to secure the light holder to the stand. Assembling your flash kit To assemble you flash kit: 1 Pull open the legs on a light stand, then slide the legs down until they are fully extended and lock into place. Locking knobs Stand leg Center column 2 Open the locking knobs on the center stand column, extend the column to the height you want, then tighten the knobs to lock the column in place.
