See Cleaning and maintenance (on page 17) for more information. Checking pan compatibility l Hold a magnet to the bottom of your cookware. If it clings, it will usually work with your cooktop. See Cookware compatibility (on page 9) for more information. Using touch controls l Touch the controls with the ball of your finger (not the tip). The controls respond to touch so you don't need to apply any pressure. l Make sure that the controls are clean, dry, and uncovered. Cooking with your cooktop 1.
