Remote control Insignia NS-LCD26F/NS-LCD32F LCD TV Item 15 16 17 Description AUDIO button. Press to cycle through the audio modes (STANDARD, NEWS, USER, and MUSIC). CH +/- buttons. Press to skip to the next or previous channel while in TV mode. EXIT button. Press to turn off the on screen display. Setting up your TV Installing the remote control batteries To install the batteries: 1 Open the battery compartment (1) on the back of the remote control. 1 2 3 2 Insert the two AAA batteries (2)(provided) into the battery compartment. Make sure that the (+) and (-) symbols on the batteries match the diagram inside the compartment. 3 Close the battery compartment (3). Using the remote control To use the remote control: • Point it directly at the TV, within a 30° angle of the IR sensor on the front of the TV, and within 20 feet. Press to show information about the program playing. MTS/SAP button. Press to select STEREO, SAP, or MONO mode. Number buttons: Press to directly enter channel numbers RECALL button. While in TV mode, press to return to the previous channel. PICTURE button. Press to cycle through the picture modes (USER, BRIGHT, STANDARD, and SOFT). MENU button. Press to open the TV menu. Press again to exit. VOL-/+ buttons. Press to change the volume. SCAN button. Press to scan through memorized TV channels. SLEEP button. Press to set the sleep timer. POWER button. Press to turn the TV on and off. ZOOM button. Press to zoom in on the picture (WIDE, NORMAL, ZOOM, and CINEMA). MUTE button. Press to mute the sound. CCD button.
