Press Defrost twice. "WEIGHT POULTRY" appears on the display. Press Defrost three times. "WEIGHT FISH" appears on the display. 2 Press the number buttons to input the weight of the item to be defrosted (in pounds). Input weight must be between 0.1 and 6.0 pounds. Inputs outside of these limits are invalid and cause a beep to sound. The unit will not work until valid numbers are input. 3 Press to start defrosting. The remaining time is displayed. Defrosting by time 1 Press Defrost four times. "TIME" appears on the display. 2 Press the number buttons to input the defrosting time you want. The time range must be between 00:01 and 99:99. 3 The default microwave power for time defrost is power level 3. 4 Press to start defrosting. The remaining time is displayed. Cooking popcorn 1 Press Popcorn repeatedly until the weight of popcorn you want shows on the display. The display cycles through "1.75">"3.0">"3.5" (oz.). 2 Press . When the popcorn is done popping, the buzzer sounds five times and the oven returns to standby mode. Using Melt, Soft, Stew, and Keep Warm 1 Press a function button (Melt, Soft, Stew, or Keep Warm) repeatedly. The display cycles through the types of food to cook using the function selected. 2 Press to confirm your choice. 3 Press the function button (Melt, Soft, Stew, or Keep Warm) again, then enter the weight of the item. 4 Press to begin cooking.
