NS-P3113 Portable CD Player Troubleshooting Symptom Probable cause Solution Player will not turn on. CD will not play. No sound from headphones. Dead or weak batteries. AC adapter is not connected correctly. CD is inserted incorrectly. CD is defective. CD door is not closed. Condensation has formed inside the player. Headphones are not connected correctly. Volume is set to minimum. Batteries are weak. CD is defective. Replace the batteries Make sure that the AC adapter is connected correctly. Insert the CD with the label facing up. Try another CD. Close the door. Remove the CD and leave the CD door open for about one hour to let the condensation evaporate. Make sure that the headphone plug is plugged into the headphone jack.
