NS-P3113 Portable CD Player Symptom Probable cause Solution Sound is skipping. Buttons do not work. Irregular characters displayed on the LCD. CD or lens is dirty. Player subjected to strong vibrations. Hold function is turned on. The batteries are weak. The player has been subjected to electro-static discharge (static electricity). Clean the CD or lens. Place the player on a level, stable surface. Slide the HOLD switch to the left to unlock the buttons. Replace the batteries. Open and close the CD door, then restart the player.
