Problems and Solutions Most printer operation, print quality, or printer communication problems can be fixed easily. The next table includes some common printer problems and possible solutions. PB3 Problems and Solutions Problem Solution Printer does not feed paper correctly. Remove jammed paper and reload paper supply. Printer does not print. Make sure the paper supply is loaded correctly. Install a battery. The printer will not print unless a battery is installed, even if you are using the AC adapter/charger as a power source.
