VTX B18 | Rigging Manual 10.5 USING THE VTX A8 SB FOR PULL-BACK The Suspension Bar can be used for pull-back at the bottom of a B18 array in array configurations requiring a significant amount of downtilt. Either the VTX A8 AF or an additional Suspension Bar can be used at the top of the array as the primary attachment point. A Suspension Bar at the top must be connected to the two center rigging points of the B18. This allows for easier and safer assembly, since the array remains straight during setup. When the AF array frame is at the top, the Extension Bar hole 8-B can be used, which also allows for a straight array during setup. STEPS: 1• Assemble the B18 array based on the instructions from chapters 8 - Suspending The B18 Using The A8 Array Frame and the VTX A8 SB Suspension Bar. 2• Extend the Suspension Bar tabs as shown in section 9.2 Suspension Bar Attachment Tabs. 3• Attach the Suspension Bar to the bottom B18. 44
