GETTING STARTED KD-R370 1 Cancel the demonstration When you turn on the power (or after you reset the unit), the display shows: "CANCEL DEMO" "PRESS" "VOLUME KNOB" 1 Press the volume knob. [YES] is selected for the initial setup. 2 Press the volume knob again. "DEMO OFF" appears. 2 Set the clock 1 Press and hold . 2 Turn the volume knob to select [CLOCK], then press the knob. 3 Turn the volume knob to select [CLOCK SET], then press the knob. 4 Turn the volume knob to make the settings, then press the knob. Day Hour Minute 5 Turn the volume knob to select [24H/ 12H], then press the knob. 6 Turn the volume knob to select [12 HOUR] or [24 HOUR], then press the knob. 7 Press to exit. To return to the previous setting item, press . 3 Set the basic settings 1 Press and hold . 2 Turn the volume knob to select an item (see the following table), then press the knob. 3 Repeat step 2 until the desired item is selected or activated. 4 Press to exit. To return to the previous setting item, press . Default: XX SETTINGS BEEP ON: Activates the keypress tone. ; OFF: Deactivates. SRC SELECT AM *1 ON: Enables AM in source selection. ; OFF: Disables. PANDORA*1 (For KD-R775S / KD-R670) ON: Enables PANDORA in source selection. ; OFF: Disables. IHEART*1 (For KD-R775S / KD-R670) ON: Enables IHEARTRADIO in source selection. ; OFF: Disables. AUX *1 BT ADAPTER: Selects when the KS-BTA100 Bluetooth adapter is connected to the AUX jack. ( 14) ; ON: Enables AUX in source selection. ; OFF: Disables. FUNCTION (For KD-R370) Select the feature for FUNCTION button. DIMMER: Press FUNCTION to turn on or off the dimmer. This operation overwrites the [DIMMER] settings in menu. ( 17) BRIGHTNESS: Press FUNCTION to enter [BRIGHTNESS] menu directly. ( 17) BASS BOOST: Press FUNCTION to enter [BASS BOOST] menu directly. ( 15) AUX: Press FUNCTION to select AUX directly.*2 ( 14) *1 Not displayed when the corresponding source is selected. *2 Applicable only if [AUX] is set to [ON]. 4
