TROUBLESHOOTING Symptom Remedy "CANNOT PLAY" flashes • Check whether the connected device is compatible with this and/or connected device unit and ensure the files are in supported formats. "THUMBS ERR" Registration of Thumbs Up/Down has failed. "TIMED OUT" The request has resulted in time-out. "CH LOCKED" The selected channel is locked. Enter the correct pass code to unlock.
